There is no reason that the complexities of non-monogamy should prevent us from engaging in the celebrated act of SPEED DATING. Our system takes into account gender preferences, age ranges, and the details of couples and trios dating together. All sexualities, genders and hair colors are welcome.
The first Austin area event (for January 24th, 2012) has been CANCELLED :(
We didn't get enough people registered to hold the event. Quite possibly this was because we announced it with not enough advance notice (2+ weeks). Our fault!
Let us know if you're interested in organizing an event for another date. With more (and earlier) PR it might work. But since we don't live in Austin, you'd need to do the legwork. But you could get plenty of help from us (and the original team in San Francisco). If you're interested in inheriting the website and the illustrious position of Austin Poly Speed Dating organizer, let us know.
